Team Websites

Team Websites are customized websites for each team that enable the parents, coaches and team managers to communicate with each other and share team information. Parents can also pay their training, registration, uniform and other dues from their Team Websites. These are private websites and you can access them only after you receive an invitation email from the Coach or Team Manager.

Team Websites for Competitive NorCal Teams: TeamSnap.com

You can access your team site by logging into www.teamsnap.com after you receive an invitation to the site from your Coach or Team Manager. 

Team Site features include: view team schedule, view team messages regarding cancellations and rainouts, view team photos, update player availability, get contact information for coaches and other players, send emails/SMS messages to coaches and other players, view and upload pictures to the team site, etc.

We DO NOT use the Team Store tab on the Team Sites, so PLEASE IGNORE that tab at this time.

Updating your contact information and adding other parent
After you receive an invitation you should update the following information for yourself and your child:
  • Click on the Roster Tab. Click on your child's name.
    • Click on Edit.
      • Update Email address (you can add more than one email address for yourself), Player Jersey Number, Phone numbers
      • Next to the Email make sure Receive Team Emails is checked.
      • Next to the Phone Number, make sure you check "Allow team to send me text messages at this number" and specify your Mobile Phone Provider.
      • In the Position field enter your child's Jersey Size and Jersey Number. For example: YL, 20.
      • Click on Save to save the information
    •  Click on New Contact if you want another person (parent, grand parent, care provider, etc) to also manage this account
      • Enter their name, email address and phone number. Check "Allow Shared Access".
      • Click on Save to save the information
      • Click on Invite to Join button that is below their name. Click on Send Invitations.

Making sure you can receive Email and SMS Message reminders for games and events

While setting up your contact information, as described above, make sure you have followed the red highlighted directions properly.

Paying Team Fees: Registration Fees, Monthly Training Fees, etc

By clicking on the Payments tab, you can pay your team fees using a credit card or with your PayPal account. Please contact soccer@evergreenunited.org if you have any questions about your fees and payments.

Marking Player Availability for Practices, Games and Events

Nothing is more frustrating than having to forfeit a game because we don't have enough players. With our team site, everybody will see who can attend which games (and who can't) so it's easy to line up subs for games. This becomes possible only if you login to your team site and mark the player's availability. By default the player is marked as Unavailable.

Click on the Availability tab, and mark your child's availability for each practice, game or event.

Signing up for Halftime Game Snack List

Every parent should sign up to bring halftime snacks for at least one game. Click on the Refreshments tab and signup for any available game.

Sending emails, SMS messages, Posts to coaches and parents

You can send emails, SMS messages and Posts to the coaches and team parents from the Messages tab. Click on the top right buttons to select the type of message you want to send. You can select which parents/coaches to send the message to.

Viewing team tasks assigned to you

Click on the Tracking tab to view the tasks that have been assigned to you and see other items that are being tracked.

Viewing the team schedule

Click on the Schedule tab to see the schedule for all games, practices, tournaments and other events.

Accessing your team information from an iPhone

On your iPhone search for "TeamSnap" and install the TeamSnap application. Login to the application and you will be able to view team schedule, view team messages regarding cancellations and rainouts, view team photos, update player availability, get contact information for coaches and other players, send emails/SMS messages to coaches and other players, take a picture and upload it right away to the team site, etc.

If your child plays on more than one team, or you have children playing on different teams, you are able to access all your team sites from the same login very easily from your iPhone application!

Updating your June/July/Aug vacation days in TeamSnap for Training Fee Credit

  1. Click on Roster
  2. Click on Edit My Player Info at the top right
  3. Click on Edit
  4. Enter your vacation days into the "June/July/Aug 2013 Days Missing Practice:" field and Save.

You can access your team site by logging into www.shutterfly.com after you receive an invitation to the site from your Coach or Team Manager.
